Pricing and Delivery

We are so confident that our prices are competitive; we guarantee that if you can find the same item of brand name furniture on display, with the same offer anywhere else at a lower price within seven days of placing your order, we will be delighted to match it. Just bring along either a written quotation or an original copy of any advertised price.

We realise that depending on when you purchase it may suit you to spread the cost over a period of time, which is why, during selected promotional period, we offer a range of Interest Free Credit options. Please ask in store for further details.

When you place an order our Sales Consultant will give you an estimated delivery date. Our Logistics department will contact you as soon as your furniture has arrived and will organise a convenient day and time for you to take delivery.

Our delivery service operates Monday to Friday with a morning allocation before 1pm and an afternoon allocation after 12pm. Saturday morning are also offered before 1pm.

Our fleet of eleven delivery vehicles and experience Cooke's team ensure, for a nominal fee, the delivery of your furniture will be of the highest standard. Our team will install your furniture in your home, in the location you want it and will unpack and assemble where necessary before removing all packaging. We also offer to take away your old furniture for a small fee. Please ask your Sales Consultant for more details at time of placing your order.
