• We are prepared to exchange within 5 days of delivery, goods which have been sold from our showroom stock.
• Goods which have been ordered specifically for customers cannot be cancelled or exchanged except at the discretion of the management, when a minimum of 25% cancellation charge will be levied.
• Exact matches of veneers, colours etc. cannot be guaranteed for orders placed separately.
• Any shortages/damages must be reported within 3 days.
