Cookes Furniture Gym membership prize draw
1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Cookes Furniture, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via www.cookesfurniture.co.uk entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries or entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
4. There are two giveaways of a 12 month gym memberships. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative offered.
5. By entering this competition, the winners agree to take part in marketing activity, including but not limited to publicity photo shoots and for the Promoter to use those materials for on-going marketing activity associated with this competition theme. The promoter agrees not to use winners’ details for any other purposes. Entry into the prize draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. The gym membership can only be used in the blue band areas, more information about what areas are within the blue sector can be found on Fitness First website at http://www.fitnessfirst.co.uk.
7. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s names and county can be obtained by sending a SAE to CookesXbox Draw, 28 Goosemoor Lane, Erdington, Birmingham B23 5PN between February 26th and March 26th.
8. All entries must be received by 23:59am on Sunday 24th February 2013.
