We will make every effort to ensure that the goods you have ordered arrive undamaged, complete and without defect.


To ensure that everything is to your satisfaction our specialist delivery crew will ask you to examine the goods in their presence, should you find the goods to be defective in any way this should be noted on the delivery documentation which will be relayed to our Aftersales department who will contact you within 24 hours.             


Please be advised this initial contact will be made by our experienced Aftersales Team who will be able to talk you through the best options available to bring your delivery issue to a resolution.
