When you encounter the following types of damage:
Accidental staining e.g
• Food and drinks (e.g., coffee, wine, curry)
• Cosmetics, makeup, or tanning products
• Bodily fluids (human or pet)
• Ink, paint, glue, or dye transfer
• Wax and Wax Polish
Accidental damage e.g
• Rips, tears, burns, scuffs or scratches
• Pet damage (e.g., scratches, bites, soiling)
• Dents, chips, or broken glass/mirrors
Structural defects
(after manufacturer's warranty, typically 1 year) e.g.
• Broken or warped frames
• Faulty recliners or mechanisms, including
electrical components
• Seam separation, peeling leather, or faulty zips/buttons
• Loss or resiliency on foam and fibre cushions
Warranty Limitations e.g
• Damage before delivery or from commercial use
• Damage from fire, flood, or infestation
• General wear and tear or fading
• Misuse, neglect, or unapproved cleaning products

• Avoid direct heat or sunlight
• Use only Staingard-approved cleaning products
• Regularly clean and maintain furniture
