Furniture Delivery Lead Time Update

Unforeseen Changes to Delivery Times

Due to the huge disruption we have experienced as a country and across the world, over the past few months, followed by a period of unprecedented demand, our suppliers are experiencing a few delays.

At Cookes we always strive to be honest with our customers, it’s how we like to do business and why our customers have trusted us for their furniture purchases for over 75 Years.

Lead times are quoted in good faith and estimated with the information we have from our suppliers at time of order.

The UK Furniture industry is currently experiencing a wide range of challenges. Shortages in raw materials, delays and disruption to production schedules and unprecedented problems with container shipping, and deliveries from our suppliers. These issues have combined to have a profound effect on delivery lead times, from our handpicked supplier network.

We forecast these issues will continue throughout 2022 and may impact or delay deliveries of customers furniture into the Spring and Summer.

If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

As a team we will keep you updated on the delivery lead time of your orders, including its production schedule and its expected delivery into the Cookes warehouse system. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during these challenging times
